Fire Destroys Old Hotel In Denver

DENVER (CBS4) - A fire broke out early Friday evening in Denver at a building that used to house a hotel.

The fire broke out after 5 p.m. and quickly spread across the building, which is located near the intersection of Interstate 25 and Evans Avenue.

Denver fire officials tweeted that the fire was a two-alarm fire at 5:20 p.m. They urged motorists to find alternative routes and not pass near the area.
