Driver Charged With Hitting Denver Bicycle Officer Pleads Not Guilty
DENVER (CBS4) - A driver charged with hitting a Denver police officer with his car has pleaded not guilty.
Christopher Booker entered the plea Thursday morning.
Police say Booker lied or gave incorrect information about his medical condition to the Division of Motor Vehicles so he could keep his license.
Booker charged with hitting and seriously injuring Officer John Adsit in December. Adsit was on his bicycle escorting students back to East High School after a protest.
