Doctor Accused Of Stealing Medical Records From Another Doctor
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4)- A doctor in Colorado Springs has been accused of stealing medical records from another doctor.
Police arrested Dr. Scott Lewey last week. Another doctor and an assistant told police that Lewey looked up their medical information.
In the case of the doctor, she claims Lewey gave the information to a financial service provider that she had filed a lawsuit against.
Lewey faces a felony charge of stealing medical records.
