DCPA Makes Bet With Performing Arts In Charlotte

DENVER (CBS4)- The Denver Center for the Performing Arts has a lot riding on the Super Bowl. The DCPA bet the Blumenthal Performing Arts and Children's Theater in Charlotte the Denver Broncos would win on Sunday.

Here are the terms: the loser has to dress in the winning team's colors, display the winning team's mascot, and incorporate the winning team into the set of an upcoming performance.

"Here at the DCPA we love to put our money where our art is so when we found out we were going to be facing off against Charlotte we immediately got together with the largest performing arts institution there and the largest children's theater there and we decided to make this friendly wager," said DCPA President Scott Shiller.
