Cyclists Can Ride On Path Uninterrupted From Denver To Glenwood Springs
DENVER (CBS4) - Bicyclists can ride from Denver to Glenwood Springs without having to jump on Interstate 70. The grand opening for the final section of the I-70 bike route system happened on Wednesday.
Crews finished the last section between Genesee and Evergreen Parkway which begins by the Buffalo Ranch and ends near Alpine Rescue headquarters.
The recently completed 2.4 mile section of the path means cyclists can skip the harrowing ride on the shoulder of I-70 near Chief Hosa.
