CU Campus To Remain Open On 4/20 After Being Closed Last 3 Years
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - For the first time in three years the University of Colorado campus will be open on April 20, the unofficial marijuana holiday.
Historically hundreds, and sometimes thousands of people gather in Denver and Boulder for smoke-outs.
