Crews Remove Helicopter From Children's Hospital Roof
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- Crews removed a disabled helicopter from the helipad at Children's Hospital.
The Airlink helicopter from Scottsbluff, Neb. had been stuck on the roof since Sunday after it suffered a mechanical breakdown.
No patients were on board the helicopter when it experienced the mechanical problems.
Mechanics decided the best way to move the helicopter was to use a crane.
The hospital averages five helicopter landings a day.
