Denver Prepares to Drop COVID Vaccine Mandate

DENVER (CBS4)- Fewer people are getting sick from COVID-19 in Colorado. With cases and hospitalizations down, Denver plans to lift its COVID-19 vaccine mandate on March 4.

The mandate required Denver city employees, contractors and private employees in high risk settings to get the vaccines.

Health experts said that modeling shows dropping the vaccine mandate will not have a negative impact on the continued decline of cases.
