Controversial CU Prof Says She's Not Ready To Make Decision About Her Future

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Professor Patricia Adler's course on deviant behavior sparked controversy at University of Colorado Boulder. Now, Adler is back in Colorado, but not sure she'll be back in the classroom.

Adler's class was under scrutiny over a prostitution skit.

Late last month, a committee of CU Sociology professors reviewed the course and determined it was appropriate for her to teach. The department's executive committee agreed.

Aadler says she is not ready to make a decision on her future. She has retained a lawyer.

CU's classes resume Jan. 13.
