Missing Colorado woman found, suspect arrested and charged with domestic violence

A 30-year-old Colorado woman who was reported missing Saturday has been located and now a man is facing criminal charges.

Family and police thought Sylvia Garcia was kidnapped in a domestic violence incident when Commerce City police put out pictures and a statement Saturday seeking help from the public. She's since been found, but few other details have been released.

Luis Gutierrez, who police thought kidnapped Garcia, has also been found and arrested on domestic violence-related charges, but not kidnapping.
