Police: Man Shot Woman, Toddler Before Shooting Himself

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4)- Police say a man shot a woman and an 18-month-old before he turned the gun on himself.
Police in Colorado Springs had been called to the apartment at the Villages at Woodmen hours before the shooting to investigate a disturbance.
Officers left the residence without making an arrest.
Several hours later, investigators say the man shot the woman, who was his roommate, and her toddler. Then he shot himself.
