Vaccination Bill Passes State Senate, Advances To State House

DENVER (CBS4)- A bill that supporters claim will improve vaccination rates in Colorado has advanced to the state House. The state Senate approved the measure on Friday.

Among the provisions: requiring schools to notify parents of school immunization rates and requiring parents who want to opt out get a state-issued form signed by an immunizing provider or complete an online vaccine education class.
