Colorado chiropractor turns self in, facing charges of unlawful sexual contact in Fort Collins

Fort Collins chiropractor turns self in, charged with unlawful sexual contact

A chiropractor turned himself in to Fort Collins police after they issued a warrant for his arrest for unlawful sexual contact. Detectives began investigating Dr. Brian Rohrick in January after an adult female reported that she was inappropriately touched over a series of chiropractic visits.

The alleged incidents happened at Peak Performance Chiropractic located at 1315 Oakridge Drive in Fort Collins.

During the investigation, detectives discovered a prior complaint by a different victim to the Department of Regulatory Agencies in 2019. Investigators interviewed the person who made the complaint.

The case was filed with the Larimer County District Attorney's Office and a warrant was issued for Rohrick on two counts of unlawful sexual contact, one for each victim in 2019 and 2023.

Rohrick turned himself in to the Larimer County Jail and he was issued a personal recognizance bond by the Larimer County Courts at his initial appearance.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims based on the timeframe between the two incidents and the similarity of the alleged offenses.

Detectives are asking anyone with information or who believes they have been victimized to contact Fort Collins Police Detective Brandon Wootan at (970) 416-8027.
