Family Gets Out Of Home As Fire Starts In Garage

CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4) - A family escaped a fire inside their home early Saturday morning. Firefighters responded to the home on East Fremont Place near Clermont Drive in Centennial.
When they got to the home, they saw smoke coming from the garage. The fire was put out minutes later.
Investigators say the fire did not spread to the home. They spent more than an hour trying to ventilate the home.
The family was not hurt, and the cause is under investigation.
