Woman Escapes Carjacking, Suspect Gets Away

DENVER (CBS4)- A woman was able to escape during a carjacking but the suspect got away. Denver police say she was taken at gunpoint from a grocery store on Monday morning.
Police say the woman was carjacked at the King Soopers parking lot at 28th and Quebec just after 9 a.m.
She was taken a short distance and released at 28th and Roslyn. The suspect didn't take the car and got away.
The woman was not seriously injured. Police have not released a suspect description.
