AFC Championship Trophy Arrives In Denver

DENVER (CBS4)- The Denver Broncos are getting ready to take on the New England Patriots for the AFC Championship title and bragging rights to the Lamar Hunt Trophy.

The trophy, centered in between Pats and Broncos helmets, was on display at Broncos Headquarters in Englewood on Wednesday.

The Broncos host the Patriots at Sports Authority Field at Mile High on Sunday, and the presentation of the Lamar Hunt Trophy will be given on the field after the game.

Lamar Hunt was the founder of the American Football League and owner of the Kansas City Chiefs. Read more about him on a special section of the Pro Football Hall of Fame website.
