Broncos Hire New Stadium Announcer
DENVER (CBS4) - The Denver Broncos have hired Conor McGahey as the new public address announcer for their home games.
The Colorado native has 16 years of experience in announcing and will begin with the 2016 NFL season.
"What an absolute honor it is to be named the public address announcer for the Denver Broncos, a team I am very passionate about," McGahey said in a statement.
He's helped the Broncos ThunderVision crew since 2006 with a variety of support roles.
McGahey also has announcing and scoreboard experience with the Avalanche, Rapids, CU football, and Denver Outlaws.
