Deputies Investigate Body Found In Canal Near Barr Lake
ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - A man's body was found in an irrigation canal near 128th Avenue and Buckley Road Saturday morning. The canal is near Barr Lake.
We are working a scene near 128th and Buckley where a deceased person was found in the river. Detectives are interviewing the reporting persons, who are workers for the reservoir and irrigation company. We received the call at 0805 this morning. More to follow.

Deputies interviewed the people who reported seeing the body. Investigators say those witnesses work for a reservoir and irrigation company.
They later updated the investigation saying there were no signs of foul play.
"(The) Deceased appeared to have been in the water for an extended period of time," they said on social media.
The man's identity has not been released.
