Barring A Deal, Brock Osweiler Can Test Free Agent Market Next Week

DENVER (CBS4) - Because the Broncos placed their franchise tag on linebacker and Super Bowl MVP Von Miller on Tuesday, quarterback Brock Osweiler will be able to test the free agent market next week unless the team and Osweiler agree to terms for him to stay in Denver.

The Broncos have been waiting on Peyton Manning to see if he decides to retire. The team would like to sign Osweiler before the free agent market opening on March 9.

CBSSports.com is reporting that one of the teams interested in Osweiler is the Houston Texans.
