Bank Robbery Suspect Captured By FBI 15 Minutes After Takeover

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- Just 15 minutes after a bank robbery suspect allegedly pulled out a gun, ordered everyone in the bank to the floor and ran away with a bagful of cash, the FBI and Aurora police arrested him.

Michael Darryl Harden allegedly robbed the TCF Bank at 16999 East Quincy Avenue at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. Task force officers said he was wearing a disguise at the time and had a weapon.

The Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force has been looking for Harden since Jan. 28 when he allegedly held up Champion Bank in Parker near Lincoln Avenue and Jordan Road. He was wearing a disguise, was armed and ordered customers to the floor before taking money.
