Assault, Battery Charges Filed Against Former Broncos Linebacker

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - Former Broncos linebacker Andra Davis is accused of assault and battery against a member of the Regis Jesuit High School staff after a game at the high school on December 12.
Aurora police confirm to CBS4 that Davis is facing assault and battery charges stemming from the event.
Davis is due back in court on February 6.
Davis played for the Broncos during the 2009 season and started 13 games.
