1 hurt in late night house fire in Englewood

House fire in Englewood injures 1 person

One person is recovering after being injured in a house fire late Monday night in Englewood. Firefighters rushed to the home near South Grant Street and East Bates Avenue just before midnight. 

When crews arrived, heavy black smoke was coming from the front door. 

What caused the fire is being investigated.
