3 women stabbed during argument at apartment building on Chicago's South Side

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Three women were stabbed during an argument Friday night between neighbors of an apartment building in the Chatham neighborhood.

Police said, shortly after 7:15 p.m., officers responded to a dispute between neighbors of an apartment building in the 8200 block of South Ellis Avenue.

Three women had been stabbed during the argument, and were taken to the hospital.

One person was taken into custody.

No further details were immediately available Friday night.
