Woman, 71, Killed, Male Hospitalized After Shooting In Morton Grove
MORTON GROVE, Ill. (STMW) -- A 71-year-old woman is dead and a man is hospitalized after a shooting in north suburban Morton Grove Friday.
Police responded to the woman's home in the 5500 block of Madison Street and found her and a male with gunshot wounds. The woman, Chung Kim, 71, was dead at the scene, police said. The male was transported to a hospital. His age and condition were not immediately known.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's office confirmed Chung's death.
