Watch: Real Estate Agent Turns To Sales Videos To Sell Michael Jordan's Highland Park Mansion
(CBS) The real estate agency selling Michael Jordan's Highland Park mansion is pulling out all the stops, releasing a pair of videos featuring an over-the-top narrator in order to drum up interest in the home that has been on the market since 2012.
The listing is being handled by real estate broker Kofi Nartey of The Agency.
"People can and do buy into this brand of success at many levels, but only one person in the world can own the ultimate representation of that success," the narrator says.
The asking price for the 56,000-square-foot estate is $14.8 million. Jordan initially asked for $29 million when he first listed the home in February 2012.
The secluded estate sits on more than eight acres of land and was built in 1995. The home is professionally landscaped and includes tennis courts, a basketball court, a pool and large patio space.
