Watch: Mike Ditka's Fiery SNL Outtakes In '93
(CBS) In the gem of the day, Deadspin has posted video of Mike Ditka making a cameo on Saturday Night Live in January 1993, just days after he was fired as coach of the Bears. In it, Ditka is filming an opening for SNL that's to be used along with the show's "Super Fans" characters, but that's not what's important.
What matters is that Ditka went all Ditka during the short filming.
"It's no one else's fault but yours," Ditka yells at the cameraman.
"I don't piss around like this," he adds.
