Watch: Michael Jordan Got Ken Griffey Jr.'s Autograph At The '93 MLB All-Star Game

(CBS) In the summer of 1993, Michael Jordan was on top of the world, having just led the Bulls to their third straight NBA title and having already been a three-time MVP.

Meanwhile, then-23-year-old Mariners outfielder Ken Griffey Jr.'s career was taking off, as he'd become a household name in making his fourth trip to MLB All-Star Game. Perhaps recognizing the Hall of Fame career Griffey was embarking on -- he was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame on Wednesday with a record 99.3 percent of the vote -- Jordan turned into a kid for a moment.

He asked Griffey for his autograph and received it. Check out the video below.
