(CBS) Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz wasn't into the waiting game Tuesday night.
In the seventh inning of last night's game against the Cubs, Ortiz had a 3-0 count. He had an inkling of what was coming next -- nothing over the plate -- so he just took off for first base as Neil Ramirez was still delivering ball four.
