Chicago First Alert Weather: Milder temperatures on the way

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Sunshine and gusty southwest winds will push temperatures to around 80 degrees on Tuesday. Rain arrives Tuesday night.

This will be a stalled system, with waves of rain running along the boundary, according to CBS 2 Meteorologist Mary Kay Kleist.

It will be warmer than normal for the rest of the workweek. The normal high is 60 degrees.

A cold front Friday will drop temperatures below average for the weekend. A second front will open the door for an even colder air mass to park over our region next week.
