Teen Shot In West Garfield Park
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A teenage boy was shot in the West Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side early Thursday.
The 16-year-old was standing outside in the 4400 block of West Jackson Boulevard just after midnight when he heard shots and felt pain, police said.
He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said. A source said he is a documented gang member.
