16-Year-Old Charged In West Loop Carjacking
CHICAGO (CBS)-- A 16-year-old boy has been charged in a West Loop carjacking that took place back in September.
The teen is accused of carjacking a 47-year-old man, while armed, in the 1500 block of West Jackson Boulevard on Sept. 12.
The teen is expected in court on Thursday.
