SWAT Team Called To Chicago's West Side, Two Men Arrested

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A SWAT team is still on the scene on the West Side of Chicago.
Officers and a SWAT truck can be seen behind tape near Chicago and Spaulding. A caller told police two men had guns in a residential building.
Two men were arrested. Officers have been working on clearing the building since 11:00 Monday morning.
