After noon, scattered showers and storms return to the area. Though not everyone will get wet, the highest chance of rain comes during the afternoon and evening.

The threat of severe thunderstorms looks quite low, as temperatures are not expected to warm past the mid-70s before rain moves in.

Your weekend forecast looks warmer with high temperatures in the upper 70s -- though a bit cooler near the lake. An isolated thunderstorm now appears possible on Saturday, with dry weather returning on Sunday.

Tonight: Increasing clouds. Low: 52

Tomorrow: Scattered showers and thunderstorms. High: 75

Friday: Morning fog and a few lingering showers. High: 75
