Sunny, cool fall weekend in Chicago, but higher temps on the way

A sunny, cool end to the weekend in Chicago, and a look ahead at Halloween rain

CHICAGO (CBS) —  It's another cool weekend here in Chicago, but not for long as temperatures will skyrocket in the upper 70s and lower 80s by mid-week.

Plan on another chilly night if you have any Saturday night plans as temperatures are dropping into the 30s for lows with a slight increase of cloud cover. Tomorrow morning we will wake-up to more clouds, but those clouds will quickly diminish leaving us with beautiful sunshine throughout the day Sunday!

Warmer temperatures are expected Monday with a high of 68. Then Tuesday and Wednesday highs will top out in the upper 70s and lower 80s. Well above average for this time of year.
