Son Of Bulls, White Sox Owner Jerry Reinsdorf Dies
(CBS) David Reinsdorf, the son of Bulls and White Sox owner Jerry Reinsdorf, has passed away, the teams said Monday. David was 51.
"The Reinsdorf family has suffered a terrible loss today with the untimely passing of son David Reinsdorf, age 51," a statement read. "Jerry, Martyl and the entire Reinsdorf family appreciate the sympathetic thoughts and prayers from all of their friends and acquaintances, however, the family members do request privacy and your understanding at this time as they deal with this very personal loss."
The Reinsdorfs have three other children -- Susan, Michael and Jonathan.
