Light Snow Coming Tomorrow

Chicago (CBS) -- Winter Weather Advisories will take effect for Lake and McHenry counties starting Sunday at 3 a.m. and lasting until 6 a.m. Monday.

Winter Weather Advisories are in place for La Salle and DeKalb Counties until midnight Sunday.

Light snow showers will move in from the west overnight before sunrise.

Light snow will be likely for most of Sunday, with the bulk of the accumulation falling in the morning. Snow showers will continue through Monday morning. Around 1 to 3 inches of accumulation is expected.

People should prepare for slippery road conditions.

A subtle warm-up is expected through the week with temperatures into the 40s by next weekend.
