Seahawks Not Selling NFC Championship Tickets To Californians

(CBS) -- In an effort to keep 49ers fans out of CenturyLink Field, the Seattle Seahawks are limiting who can buy tickets for Sunday's NFC Championship Game.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, only credit cards with addresses from Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be authorized to purchase tickets for the game.

That means 49ers fans from other states, most notably the team's home state of California, will have to go to the secondary market to buy tickets.

As of Monday morning, there were 6,421 tickets available on the secondary ticket web site StubHub!, with the cheapest tickets going for $460.70 per ticket.
