Scott Darling To Start In Net For Blackhawks In Game 3
(CBS) -- After giving up six goals Friday night in Game 2 against the Nashville Predators, Corey Crawford will be on the bench in Game 3 and Scott Darling will get the starting nod, Joel Quenneville announced Saturday.
Darling relieved Crawford in Game 1 and made 42 saves without surrendering a goal in the Hawks' double overtime win.
Crawford was pulled in that game after allowing three goals in the first period. He has given up nine goals on 47 shots in the series.
Game 3 will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday at the United Center.
