Ribfest: Good Eatin' For A Good Cause
(CBS) -- Naperville is gearing up for one of the Chicago suburbs' biggest events: Ribfest.

There's no mistaking that smoky, barbecue smell wafting over Knoch Park in Naperville, as vendors from across the U.S. cook their specialties and compete for top honors.
Among them is Bill Ball, who owns Armadillo's Barbecue out of Atlanta.
"We do a Southern rub with a Northern sauce. So it's the best of both worlds.
This is serious business. Just ask Kevin Gift of Pigfoot Barbecue. He wants to sell a lot of ribs this weekend, but he also wants to win.
"Some of the best ribbers in the nation are here," he says.
Proceeds from Ribfest support efforts to prevent child abuse and domestic violence.
