Wade's fielding offers from outside suitors in the range of $20 million annually over the course of two to three seasons, Wojnarowski reported, which the Heat have been reluctant to meet so far. Other teams interested besides the Bulls are the Nuggets, Mavericks and Bucks, according to the report.

Chicago's searching for backcourt help after last week's stunning trade of former MVP Derrick Rose. Adding Wade would likely mean All-Star Jimmy Butler could move to small forward.

The 34-year-old Wade averaged 19.0 points, 4.1 rebounds and 4.6 assists last season while shooting nearly 46 percent. He played in 74 of 82 regular-season games.
