Red Line, Purple Line Service Delayed Between Howard,Addison After Shooting
CHICAGO (CBS) -- There were heavy delays on the Red and Purple lines after a shooting on Monday afternoon following a shooting at the Argyle CTA stop, according to Chicago police.
Police believe the two men who were injured were the intended targets of the shooting.

Service was shut down for 30 minutes between Howard and Addison. The shooting happened around 4:15 p.m.

Trains were running but are not stopping at the Argyle station, where the shooting occurred.
Trains began stopping at Argyle again before 8 p.m. Monday night.
