Purple Line trains moving again after tree falls on tracks causing major delays
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Purple Line trains were standing Saturday afternoon near Central after a tree fell on the tracks in Evanston near the final stop.
Firefighters were called in to help some passengers evacuate the train.
Around 4:45 p.m., CTA tweeted that riders should expect major delays.

Trains were moving again with significant delays aroudn 6 p.m.
Some power lines were also hit in the area.
