Purdue University taking steps to block TikTok from campus network
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Purdue University is signing off of TikTok.
The university is now taking steps to block access to the social media app on its campus network.
It's the latest organization to take action against the Chinese-owned app.
The move doesn't impact cellular and Wi-Fi networks that are not owned by the university.
