Police: Man Run Over, Killed After Fight In Little Village
(STMW) -- A man died Sunday morning after being beaten and run over with a car, police said.
The man--whose age wasn't immediately known--got into the physical altercation with at least one other person about 5:30 a.m. in the 4100 block of West 26th Street, police News Affairs Officer Janel Sedevic said.
The attacker beat the man, got in a car and made a U-turn to run him over, police said.
He was taken to a hospital where he later died, police said. The Cook County Medical Examiner's office could not immediately confirm the fatality.
