Police Find Car Believed To Be Connected To Willowbrook Home Invasion, Sexual Asssault
(CBS) -- Police are searching a car found in the western suburbs Sunday night that's believed to be connected to a violent attack on a woman in Willowbrook Saturday, reports WBBM's Nancy Harty.
Willowbrook police say evidence technicians are pouring over a car police found in Brookfield, reportedly a dark blue Nissan Altima with Indiana license plates.
It is the same kind of car a woman told police her attacker was driving Saturday afternoon. The victim told police she refused to give the man money and she was repeatedly stabbed and then sexually assaulted after he forced his way into her home.
Police have released a sketch of the suspect.
