Sources: Death Of Fox Lake Lieutenant Joe Gliniewicz Was Suicide

(CBS) -- Sources tell CBS 2's Brad Edwards that the death of Fox Lake Lieutenant Joe Gliniewicz appears to be a suicide.
Lake County police officials will be holding a news conference Wednesday morning where they will announce their findings. Officially, they will only say that the investigation has concluded.
Lt. Gliniewicz, 52, was found dead in a remote area on the morning of September 1. He had radioed in a short time before that he was in pursuit of three men.
Officials investigating the death had said Gliniewicz was shot once on the right front side of his protective vest, and once in the upper chest with his own service weapon. His death was initially investigated as a homicide.
