CHICAGO (STMW) -- A Rogers Park man has been charged after barricading himself inside an apartment during a domestic disturbance Sunday afternoon on the North Side, according to police.
Rozell R. Pullum, 30, of the 1300 block of West Birchwood Avenue, is charged with aggravated domestic battery and violating parole, according to Chicago Police.
He was ordered held without bond in court Tuesday, according to the Cook County Sheriff's office.
Pullum barricaded himself inside an apartment with a female on the block where he lived after police officers arrived about 2 p.m., police said.
The female was able to leave the apartment about 4 p.m. and was taken to St. Francis Hospital in good condition with a leg injury, police said.
Officers "resolved the situation" and Pullum was taken into custody at 5:23 p.m., police said.
