MISSING: Otis Maxwell, 82, Last Seen Leaving Car Stopped On Dan Ryan

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Otis Maxwell, 82, has been reported missing after exiting a vehicle stopped in heavy traffic on the Dan Ryan Expressway near Roosevelt Road Saturday night, police said.
He is known to frequent off track betting establishments, and a nursing home at 109th and Halsted Street.
Maxwell was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, a baseball cap, and gym shoes.
He is 6-foot-1, and 130 pounds, with black eyes and gray hair.
