MISSING: Daniela Chavez, 14, Last Seen In Gage Park

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Daniela Chavez, 14, has been reported missing from the Gage Park neighborhood, according to Chicago police.
Police said Chavez was last seen in the vicinity of the 5500 block of South Trumbull Avenue.
The missing teen is 5 feet, 3 inches and weighs 125 pounds.
