UPDATE: Anisa Kornafel, 16, Has Been Located

Chicago (CBS) -- UPDATE: Anisa Kornafel, 16, who had been reported missing from the Jefferson Park neighborhood last month, has been located, Chicago police said Sunday.
She is missing from the 5200 block of North Melvina Avenue and was last heard from on April 1.
She is described as 4 feet 11 inches, weighing 125 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
